The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple sales and project responsibilities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project plans.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to promote repeat business.
Coordinate project handovers to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress using CRM tools or Excel.
Experience: 2-5 years in sales, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, interior landscaping, or construction-related sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Understanding of landscape design concepts, materials, plants, and maintenance needs (training can be provided).
Strong client relationship-building and networking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
