Location: 438, Pushpam, 10th Road, Chembur, Mumbai 400071 Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview The Key Account Executive - Sales & Project is responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and project coordination. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple sales and project responsibilities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across Softscape, Hardscape, Interior Landscaping, and Plant Rental services. Engage with architects, builders, developers, interior designers, corporate facility teams and consultants to generate leads. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and recommend green solutions. Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project plans. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to promote repeat business. Coordinate project handovers to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress using CRM tools or Excel. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2-5 years in sales, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, interior landscaping, or construction-related sectors. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Understanding of landscape design concepts, materials, plants, and maintenance needs (training can be provided). Strong client relationship-building and networking skills. Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus. Valid driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
