We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Support Engineer who can resolve customer issues, provide technical assistance, and ensure smooth product usage for clients. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical foundation, good communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
Provide L1 technical support to customers via email, chat, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot issues related to software, networking, or system configuration.
Log, track, and manage support tickets using the designated platform.
Escalate complex issues to the L2/L3 support or engineering team when required.
Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Assist in product setup, configuration, and onboarding of new users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
Monitor system alerts and ensure timely responses.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
IT, Engineering, or related field.
Operating Systems (Windows/Linux)
Networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls)
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) – basic level
Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk (preferred).
Knowledge of SQL queries and database troubleshooting.
Experience with REST APIs.
Understanding of monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, etc.).
Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Bash/PowerShell) is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset.
Eager to learn new technologies.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
