Job Description

Tier 1 member should be available round the clock 24/7.

  • Must speak fluent English.

  • Must have basic RF knowledge.

  • Must have experience with networking (Tier 1 must have basic knowledge including DHCP and VLANs

  • Must have previous call center experience

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply evolving technologies

  • Troubleshoot, identify, correct, and provide root cause analysis of technical issues

  • Ability to identify and resolve customer service problems, including the ability to escalate the case to a higher level when necessary

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Have experience with Salesforce (optional)
