Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for IT roles.

• Sourcing & Attraction:

• Create and post technical job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and company portals.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and databases, and build a talent pipeline.
• Network at tech conferences and meetups to engage with IT professionals.

• Screening & Assessment:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
• Assess candidates' abilities through pre-screening calls and technical assessments.

• Interview Process Management:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews and gather feedback.
• Participate in interview rounds, using various methods like video, phone, or in-person interviews.

• Offer & Onboarding:

• Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and employment terms, with successful candidates.
• Manage the hiring process and provide support during the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated into the company.

• Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with new technological trends, products, and the IT job market to better understand roles and requirements.

• Candidate Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong communication with candidates, keeping them informed at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Promote the company's reputation as an attractive place to work.
