If you are ambitious and ready to turn your dreams into reality, E2M welcomes you to be a part of our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks. - Review resumes and job applications, conduct phone screenings to screen candidates. - Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally. - Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to screen incoming resumes and application forms. - Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates efficiently. - Participate in monthly event planning and host in-house recruitment events. - Extend offers and negotiate employment terms during the offer process. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a full life-cycle environment as a Recruiter (In-house recruiter). - Hands-on experience with various selection processes like video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checks. - Previous experience in hiring roles such as WordPress Developer, Shopify, BigCommerce, UI UX Designer, SEO Analyst, etc. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software. - Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
