As a full-time on-site role, the Junior Talent Acquisition Executive will play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing potential employees to align with the company's long-term objectives. Responsibilities will include managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting, excellent communication abilities, experience in Employer Branding, recruitment knowledge in the manufacturing industry, strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous. This role offers a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund, a Day shift schedule, Performance bonus, and Yearly bonus. The preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree, and prior experience of at least 1 year in Talent acquisition is preferred. The work location is in person.
