Role & responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and with leadership teams to ensure hiring goals are met.
Responsible for Sourcing , Interview coordination, documentation, salary negotiation, initiate offer letter etc. END - END recruitment.
Client facing role , Good communication with Excel & outlook email drafting skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 months experience into TA.
Any Graduation.
Female candidate Mandatory.
