Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the company. Youll work closely with the HR and hiring teams to identify, attract, and on-board top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Draft and publish job descriptions in coordination with department heads
• Assist in employer branding activities and campus hiring events
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment performance and candidate pipeline

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles (internships included)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of IT and technical hiring is a plus
• Creative mindset for employer branding initiatives
