Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef located in Indore. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and helping to develop new menu items. Other duties include overseeing food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting with inventory management, and supporting the Head Chef in various tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
• Experience in kitchen management and food safety practices
• Ability to develop new recipes and update menus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Formal culinary education or equivalent experience
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
