This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef located in Indore. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and helping to develop new menu items. Other duties include overseeing food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting with inventory management, and supporting the Head Chef in various tasks.
