Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Junior Sous Chef. The Junior Sous Chef will assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, taking charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef. Responsibilities include planning menus, overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and managing kitchen staff. The role also involves maintaining kitchen inventory, adhering to food safety regulations, and contributing to creative ideas for new dishes.

Qualifications

Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining quality standards
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of kitchen inventory management and food safety regulations
