Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Sous Chef located in Nainital. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, overseeing kitchen staff, coordinating food orders, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.


Qualifications

  • Professional culinary training or equivalent experience
  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus
