We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and at least 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and SEO. You will play an important role in building our online presence, managing campaigns, and supporting our global brand visibility across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and grow Troy Groups’ social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

● Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, stories, reels) aligned with our brand identity.

● Run paid social media campaigns and advertisements, ensuring optimal ROI and performance tracking.

● Support SEO strategies including keyword research, backlinking, and optimizing content for search engines.

● Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to improve strategy.

● Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with business development, investor relations, and events.

● Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements for engagement and lead generation.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

● Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing and SEO.

● Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook algorithms and best practices.

● Hands-on experience with paid ads, campaign management, and analytics tools.

● Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

● Creative mindset with excellent copywriting, content creation, and design sense.

● Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

● Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to a global team environment.
