Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, stories, graphics, polls, articles, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Optimize personal and company profiles for improved discoverability and professionalism.
  • Monitor and engage with followers, comments, DMs, and industry content to drive conversations and build community.
  • Analyze and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) regularly and tweak strategies accordingly.
  • Run targeted outreach campaigns and build connections aligned with our ideal customer profile, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and new tools/features.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with broader campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (portfolio or examples required).Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, Creator Mode, LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Reels/Stories, etc.Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.Understanding of B2B marketing and familiarity with the IT services or tech industry is a big plus.Excellent written and visual communication skills.Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.About Company: Oaktree software is an exclusive digital transformation studio that provides remarkable solutions across the digital value chain.
