About the Role


Junior Social Media Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Social Media Management:

    Fully manage and oversee the daily operations of all company social media channels, including

    LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

    .
  • Content Creation & Scheduling:

    Independently

    create, design, and write engaging content/posts

    aligned with our brand strategy. This includes static posts, carousels, and stories.
  • Video Content Curation:

    Post and optimize all provided video content on our

    YouTube

    channel and utilize video clips to create and post engaging

    Reels

    on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Visual Design:

    Utilize

    Canva

    proficiently to quickly design and produce high-quality, professional, and visually appealing posts, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Advertising & Lead Generation:

    Set up, monitor, and manage paid advertising campaigns, specifically focusing on

    Facebook Ads (Meta)

    to drive leads and brand visibility.
  • Local SEO & Reputation:

    Actively manage and update our

    Google My Business (GMB)

    profile, including responding to reviews, updating services, and posting fresh content to enhance local search ranking.
  • Direct Marketing:

    Execute

    WhatsApp marketing

    campaigns for lead nurturing and client communication, adhering to all best practices.
  • Reporting:

    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, reach, and ad performance to report on campaign effectiveness and suggest strategic improvements.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience:

    6 to 12 months of demonstrable experience in social media management, content creation, and/or digital marketing.
  • Platform Mastery:

    In-depth knowledge of how to operate, post, and optimize content for

    Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

    .
  • Technical Skills:

    Mandatory proficiency in

    Canva

    for graphic design. Familiarity with basic content scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Paid Ads Knowledge:

    Basic, demonstrable experience or understanding of setting up and running

    Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

    .
  • Communication:

    Excellent written communication skills for writing engaging captions and professional ad copy (English and Marathi knowledge is preferred).
  • Mindset:

    Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined with a keen eye for current digital trends and platform changes.
