As a Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our company's essential documents and records. This includes handling all property-related documentation and the entire documentation process involved in purchasing a new home in India. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Drafting and sending professional emails. Creating and maintaining various documents, including reports and invoices. Managing and organizing physical and digital files, specifically related to property transactions. Assisting with the documentation process for property purchases, from initial paperwork to final registration. Proficiently using Microsoft Excel to track data and create reports. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all property and company documentation. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . Strong knowledge of basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite . A good understanding of property documentation processes in India is a plus, but not mandatory.
