Junior Videographer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Professional Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality, professional videos of real estate properties (apartments, plots, commercial spaces, etc.) and company events.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of

  camera handling

  , lighting, and audio recording techniques to ensure superior production quality.
• Independently manage and transport necessary video equipment.

• Video Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit raw footage professionally

  to create engaging and visually appealing property tours, testimonial videos, and marketing content.
• Add motion graphics, music, voiceovers, and color-correction to meet brand standards.

• Social Media Design & Graphics:

• Design attractive and brand-consistent

  static and animated posts

  for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Efficiently utilize

  Canva

  for quick content creation and collaborate using

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for advanced designs.

• Content Strategy:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand content goals and execution strategy.
• Maintain an organized system for digital assets and video archives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  6 months to 1 year of professional or demonstrable project experience in videography and video editing.

  Freshers with a strong, diverse portfolio will be considered.

• Software Proficiency:

• Expert level proficiency

  in professional video editing software (e.g.,

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong working knowledge of

  Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  for graphic design.
• Mandatory proficiency in

  Canva

  for social media post design.

• Technical Skills:

  Proven ability to operate and maintain professional video and DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense for professional real estate visuals.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and property owners.
