Junior Videographer & Video Editor

You have an opportunity to join Lotlite Real Estate, a dynamic and growing company based in Mahalunge, Pune, specializing in providing exceptional real estate services. As a Junior Videographer & Video Editor, your role will involve creating compelling visual content for property listings and social media channels. With 6 months to 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle, from shooting on location to final professional editing and social media design. Key Responsibilities - Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality, professional videos of real estate properties and company events. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio recording techniques for superior production quality. - Independently manage and transport necessary video equipment. - Edit raw footage professionally to create engaging property tours, testimonial videos, and marketing content. - Add motion graphics, music, voiceovers, and color-correction to meet brand standards. - Design attractive static and animated posts for various social media platforms. - Efficiently utilize Canva for quick content creation and collaborate using Adobe Creative Suite for advanced designs. - Work closely with the marketing team to understand content goals and execution strategy. - Maintain an organized system for digital assets and video archives. Required Skills & Qualifications - 6 months to 1 year of professional or demonstrable project experience in videography and video editing. - Expert level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video editing. - Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design. - Mandatory proficiency in Canva for social media post design. - Proven ability to operate and maintain professional video and DSLR/Mirrorless cameras. - Excellent attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense for real estate visuals, ability to work independently, manage time effectively, meet tight deadlines, and communicate professionally with clients and property owners.,
