About the Role

Receptionist


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Management & Greeting:

    Warmly greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and guests to the office, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
  • Visitor Guidance:

    Efficiently

    guide clients

    to the appropriate sales executive or meeting area.
  • Client Visit Tracking:

    Accurately

    maintain a daily log or tracker of all client visits

    , inquiries, and meeting details for follow-up purposes.
  • Communication Hub:

    Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring clear and professional communication. Manage and sort incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Office Presentation:

    Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and common client spaces.
  • Administrative Support:

    Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and assisting the sales team with non-sales documentation as required.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Communication Fluency (Mandatory):

    Must be

    fully fluent

    in

    Marathi, Hindi, and English

    (speaking and understanding) to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) in a front-office, customer service, or administrative role is preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Professional Demeanor:

    A pleasant and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills:

    Basic proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and office equipment (printer, scanner).
  • Organizational Skills:

    Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Compensation


  • This role offers a competitive base salary of

    ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

    , commensurate with your skills and experience. The salary is

    negotiable and can be increased

    for candidates demonstrating exceptional skills, fluency, and relevant experience beyond the minimum requirement.
