Junior Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X

• Manage daily social media activities including

  post scheduling, captions, hashtags, and creatives

• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for

  reels, videos, stories, and promotional posts

• Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries; ensure timely responses and lead routing
  
• Execute

  organic and paid social media campaigns

  aligned with marketing goals
• Track and analyze social media performance using tools like

  Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and third-party dashboards

• Maintain a

  content calendar

  aligned with project launches, site visits, and promotions
• Stay updated with

  social media trends, algorithms, and real estate marketing best practices

• Support brand campaigns, events, and on-ground activations through social media coverage
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  and

  Content Strategy

• Experience with

  Meta Ads Manager

  and basic paid campaign optimization
• Hands-on experience in

  Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and visual storytelling

• Basic understanding of

  SEO, hashtags, and engagement metrics

• Proficiency in tools such as

  Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar

• Good copywriting, communication, and coordination skills
  
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in

  Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure marketing

• Familiarity with

  lead generation campaigns

  and CRM coordination
• Exposure to

  influencer marketing

  and brand collaboration
