Job Description

As a Junior Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in maximizing our sales team potential and implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. You will be responsible for finding prospects and leads, learning about our products and services, achieving growth targets, and designing strategic business plans to expand our customer base. Your focus will be on building strong customer relationships, presenting sales reports and forecasts, identifying emerging markets, and attending sales educational events. **Key Responsibilities:** - Find prospects and leads to convert into paid users. - Learn details about our products and services to effectively sell to customers and clients. - Achieve growth targets and hit sales goals. - Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs. - Present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and expenses to the management team. - Identify emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competition status. - Investigate leads thoroughly before contacting them. - Identify key sales KPIs and track performance metrics. - Attend sales educational events and seminars to enhance skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Successfully completed Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or related field with good grades. - Experience in the healthcare industry (up to 1 year) is preferred but not mandatory. - Proficient in advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - Strong social skills, team player, ability to work in stressful situations. - Ability to lead teams, assertive, and possess excellent communicative skills with a professional appearance. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Candidates with a valid driving license-LMV will be preferred. - Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Strong business sense and industry expertise. - Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
