Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential sellers through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Present Dropsy’s services and explain the benefits of global dropshipping.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service plans.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
• Build long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with onboarding and operations teams for client activation.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales progress updates.
• Stay updated on e-commerce and competitor trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  1+ year in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition (preferred)

• Communication:

  Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

• Sales Competencies:

  Target-driven, persuasive, strong objection handling

• Education:

  Minimum Graduation preferred
• Positive attitude, presentable personality, strong relationship-building, and self-motivation
