We are looking for an experienced Junior Sales Manager to drive the onboarding and enablement of existing restaurant partners into the Swiggy Assure program. The role involves field visits, partner training, compliance checks, and order activation, ensuring partners meet the programs high-quality standards and deliver a reliable customer experience.

• Food quality and consistency – ensuring each order meets customer expectations.

• Operational compliance – correct menu listings, pricing, and partner details on the platform.

• Restaurants enrolled in the program enjoy greater visibility, increased customer trust, and higher order volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with existing restaurant partners and onboard them into the Swiggy Assure program.
• Explain program benefits, operational standards, and process requirements.
• Collect and verify required documentation (KYC, GST, bank details, menu, etc.).
• Support partners in menu updates, pricing alignment, and dashboard training.
• Ensure partners go live under the program and successfully complete initial orders.
• Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff on operational and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot partner issues and ensure smooth adoption.
• Maintain daily field visit logs, onboarding progress, and compliance reports.
