Junior Sales Manager

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience in the industrial automation industry, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership capacity. Define and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the Automation & Control vertical aligned with corporate objectives.

• Formulate and implement robust sales strategies to expand market share and achieve aggressive sales goals for industrial automation products and services (e.g., Automated Assembly and Testing Lines, Weighing and Batching Projects, Robotics, Electro-Mechanical Special Purpose Machines, PLC controlled systems, Industry 4.0, Vision Systems, etc.).
•  Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
   Profound understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing operations, and the application of automation technologies. Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally internationally, as required.
