Job Description

The Junior Sales Associate will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets through various tasks such as lead generation, client outreach, customer relationship management, and sales administration. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to enhance their sales skills while making valuable contributions to a dynamic team. Located in Sarjapur, Bengaluru, the ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify potential clients, industries, and market segments. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints. - Introduce company services/products and gauge interest levels. - Coordinate meetings or appointments for senior sales team members. - Assist in developing accurate and tailored presentations, proposals, and pitch decks. - Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities using the CRM system. - Generate and uphold reports on sales activities and results. - Provide support for administrative tasks like meeting arrangements and client follow-ups. - Accompany senior team members to meetings and industry events for observation and learning. - Engage in training sessions, workshops, and developmental programs. - Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor activities. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role. - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is beneficial. Nice to Have: - Prior experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting. - Any sales or CRM-related training or certification. This full-time, permanent position offers benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule entails day shifts from Monday to Friday. This is an onsite job based in Sarjapur.,
