Job Description

Job Position: Junior Program Manager

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

About the Role:

fabric management, inventory control, production coordination, and vendor management


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fabric sourcing, tracking, and utilization.
  • Monitor and control raw material and finished goods inventory.
  • Coordinate with fabricators and vendors for timely production.
  • Align fabric and material readiness with production schedules.
  • Analyze data using Excel & SQL to prepare reports and performance insights.
  • Support process improvements in supply chain operations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, production, or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)

    and

    SQL

    .
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to fabric/garment industry preferred.
