Junior Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, entry level, 1-2 years of experience, to oversee all aspects of our software development projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including coordinating resources, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the work of developers, testers, AI agent automation employees, and other team members involved in software projects

Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and milestones

Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks in a timely manner

Regularly communicate project status updates to key stakeholders, including executives and clients

Manage and optimize the utilization of project resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a program management or project management role in the software industry

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proficient in project management tools and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Should have knowledge of API, Database, Frontend, Backend.
