Junior Program Manager

You will be joining Treebo Hospitality Ventures, a hotel group committed to "democratising the joy of travel" by focusing on providing high-quality experiences at affordable price points to cater to the next 100 million travelers in the economy to mid-market segments. As a Program Manager for the Review Generation Program, your role will be crucial in enhancing our brand reputation and increasing OTA conversions. This high-impact position will require you to collaborate across operations, product, and partner experience teams to drive the success of this strategic initiative. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end Review Generation Program on various OTAs such as MMT, Booking.com, Google, etc. - Develop and refine processes to encourage guests with high NPS to leave positive reviews - Collaborate with technology, operations, and internal/external teams to automate and expand review capture methods - Ensure alignment and communication with city and central teams for compliance and adoption - Monitor performance metrics, derive insights, and create regular dashboards for senior leadership - Conduct experiments on messaging, incentives, and timing to optimize guest review conversion **Qualifications Required:** - 14 years of work experience in the OTA space; prior experience with MMT or similar platforms is preferred (Freshers are also welcome to apply) - Profound knowledge of OTA operations, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanisms - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of leading external calls - Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to execution - Mature, dependable, and collaborative work ethic for effective cross-team collaboration Join us at Treebo Hospitality Ventures and be part of our journey to redefine affordable hospitality in the travel industry.,
