Junior Product Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product discovery, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact products. They will own product outcomes from ideation to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive product development from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements by balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during development to clarify requirements, unblock issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Define and track product metrics to measure success and inform continuous improvement.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify problems and opportunities.
• Maintain and continuously refine the product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and trade-offs clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Quick learner with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Product Manager or similar product role.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision maker.
• Familiarity with modern web or mobile products and basic technical concepts (APIs, databases, system constraints).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus.
