Job Description

Drona Aviation is an IIT Bombay incubated company revolutionizing STEM education and drone technology. We design and manufacture DIY and programmable drones for schools, colleges, and enterprises, enabling hands-on learning in robotics, programming, and aerospace. Our flagship product, the Pluto drone, is widely used in educational institutions and research labs to foster innovation and skill development. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive fresher to join our team as an operations & supply chain executive. This role involves managing B2B client orders, coordinating with vendors & logistics partners, handling basic procurement, and ensuring smooth inventory management. You will receive training and mentorship, gradually taking full responsibility for order fulfillment and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

B2B order management: Receive and track client orders, coordinate with the dispatch team, and update clients.
Procurement & vendor coordination: Identify material needs, place purchase orders, and follow up for timely delivery.
Logistics & shipment Handling: Book shipments, prepare shipping documents, and track deliveries.
Inventory & stock management: Maintain and reconcile stock levels.
Documentation & reporting: Keep proper records for imports, exports & dispatches.
Communication & coordination: Act as a bridge between the dispatch team, vendors, logistics partners & management.

About Company: Drona Aviation is an IIT Bombay incubated drone solutions company. We build drone kits to train students to build their own drones and their own applications. We also conduct workshops at our office and in schools/ colleges to educate both college and school students about the intricacies of drones to enable the building of an ecosystem where more drone-based applications keep coming from students themselves.
