Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Operations Assistant to support the daily backend operations for Sarha’s e-commerce. The role involves coordination with the Surat warehouse, production teams, logistics partners, and online platforms to ensure smooth order and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

·       Update and monitor inventory across online platforms and internal trackers

·       Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing

·       Manage basic listings, price updates, and product information

·       Assist with order tracking, returns/replacements, and dispatch-related follow-ups

·       Maintain simple sales and inventory reports (weekly/monthly)

·       Coordinate SKU updates, image management, and product details

Requirement:

·       Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Excel

·       Good communication and coordination skills

·       Organised, quick learner, and proactive in follow-ups

·       Sincere working attitude and ability to multitask
