Job Description

Financial Recording & Reporting

Maintain accurate books in line with Ind AS.
Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow with timely closures.
Deliver MIS packs with variance analysis, KPIs, and dashboards.

Investment Accounting

Apply Ind AS 109/32/107/113 for classification, valuation, and reporting.
Handle equities, ETFs, mutual funds, REITs/InvITs, bonds, NCDs, CPs, and F&O accounting.
Manage reconciliations (broker notes, MTM statements, DP/CAS, banks).
Ensure maker checker controls, disclosures, and accurate GL mapping.

Statutory Compliance

Manage MCA filings, GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and Income Tax.
Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Support budgeting and forecasting.
Track variances and implement cost optimization measures.

Payroll & Employee Accounting

Process payroll and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT).
File compliance returns for employees.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and receivables collection.
Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations.

Audit & Financial Control

Prepare audit documentation and schedules.
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and approval workflows
