The engineer ensures all structural and mechanical aspects comply with project specifications, safety standards, marine regulations, and execution plans. Roles & Responsibilities: Review and validate detailed engineering documents related to lifting, load-out, sea fastening, rigging, and installation methodology. Interface with structural designers, marine warranty surveyors (MWS), and naval architects to finalize engineering calculations. Support installation method statements and risk assessments (RAMS, HIRA). Provide engineering support for barge transportation, lifting (crane or float-over), upending, and pile driving operations. Review T&I drawings, rigging plans, grillage and sea-fastening designs, and installation sequences. Monitor offshore campaigns during jacket launch, pile driving, or topside lift/float-over. Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – P&C Insurance Broker Support Team In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the team, optimizing processes, ensuring quality, and maintaining client satisfaction. You’ll need to ensure that the team operates efficiently, meets its goals, and delivers high-quality services consistently. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a good team player and will need to lead a team size of ~15 to 25 people. Should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement Responsibilities • Lead a team size of ~15 to 25 people, inspire and motivate the team to achieve their goals. • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow management. • Provide guidance and support to team members for their professional development. • Assign tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements and conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members improve their performance. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions. • Prepare detailed reports on team performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics. Maintain accurate records of all activities, communications, and decisions. Ensure that documentation is updated regularly and accessible to relevant stakeholders. • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration. Implement strategies to prevent conflicts and enhance team cohesion. Address conflicts within the team promptly and fairly. • Ensure that all processes comply with regulatory requirements and SOPs. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
