Junior Legal Executive

About Adyah Films:

Adyah Films is a dynamic production house creating engaging content across film, digital, and television platforms. We are looking for a Junior Legal Executive to support our legal and compliance activities, ensuring smooth execution of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and NDAs related to content, production, talent, and distribution.

Assist in handling copyright, trademark, and intellectual property matters.

Support legal compliance across media productions and company operations.

Liaise with external legal counsel and industry partners as required.

Maintain and organize legal documentation, contracts, and records.

Assist in resolving legal issues and provide guidance to internal teams.

Monitor and update changes in media and entertainment laws/regulations affecting the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

1–3 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in the media, entertainment, or production industry.

Strong understanding of intellectual property laws, copyright, and media contracts.

Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
