Junior Legal Executive

Role Overview: As a member of the legal team at KITCO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's legal processes. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and vetting various legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing support in compliance and dispute resolution matters. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining the legal integrity of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Conduct legal research and prepare summaries/reports. - Coordinate with external legal counsel and authorities as required. - Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters. - Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and approvals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. - 02 years of relevant experience (internships in corporate/consultancy/law firms will be considered). - Enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
