Junior Legal Executive

As a Legal Consultant at KITCO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and providing support in various legal matters. Your responsibilities will include: - Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Assisting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Conducting legal research and preparing summaries/reports. - Coordinating with external legal counsel and authorities as required. - Supporting dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters. - Maintaining records of contracts, licenses, and approvals. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (internships in corporate/consultancy/law firms will be considered). - Enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
