Job Description

KITCO is a multi-disciplinary Engineering, Management and Technical consulting firm that brings innovative solutions to the challenges faced by your business. A strong planning and engineering department enables KITCO to offer consultancy service under one roof from concept to commissioning.

Responsibility

Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries/reports.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and authorities as required.
Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters.
Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships in corporate/consultancy/law firms will be considered).
Enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
