To know more about SuperLabs & the work we do visit Featured Work, you can visit https://superlabs.co to know more about the work we do.ProjectYou will be working directly at AugmntX, this is a talent marketplace platform.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers• Support onboarding formalities and induction processes• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy• Help organize HR activities like employee engagement and training• Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records• Support documentation for HR policies, letters, and reportsRequirements:• Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• candidates with 6 months up to 1 year of HR experience can apply• Basic understanding of HR functions and practices• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)• Good verbal and written communication skills• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Willingness to learn and take initiativeJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:• Day shift
