Junior HR

Position: HR Executive (Male Only)
Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offer letters, and joining formalities.

Grievance Redressal

• Address employee concerns and escalate issues to HR management when required.
• Ensure fair and timely resolution of workplace grievances.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and events.
• Support HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee morale.

Payroll & Attendance

• Coordinate payroll data, salary changes, and statutory deductions.
• Track employee attendance, leaves, and resolve related queries.

Data Management

• Maintain and update HR databases with employee information.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for HR reports and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic HR process knowledge; MS Office proficiency.
• SAP/HR software knowledge preferred.
