Job Description

Key Responsibilities:* - *Recruitment and Onboarding*: Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening, interview coordination, and employee onboarding. - *HR Administration*: Maintain accurate HR records and databases, perform benefits administration, and manage employee files. - *Employee Engagement*: Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities and support HR managers in administrative tasks and projects. - *Payroll and Time Management*: Work with payroll teams to ensure accurate setup for new hires and ongoing changes to payroll or benefits. - *Data Management*: Maintain employee databases, track attendance, and perform data entry tasks. *Required Skills and Qualifications:* - *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - *Communication and Interpersonal Skills*: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. - *Organizational and Time Management*: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. - *HR Knowledge*: Basic knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and HR software. - *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and potentially SAP systems. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
