Junior HR

We are hiring a Junior HR to support our HR department with day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or entry-level HR professional to gain practical experience and grow in the field of human resources.

Project
You will be working directly at AugmntX, this is a talent marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Support onboarding formalities and induction processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Help organize HR activities like employee engagement and training
• Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records
• Support documentation for HR policies, letters, and reports

Requirements:

• Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• candidates with 6 months up to 1 year of HR experience can apply
• Basic understanding of HR functions and practices
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
