Job Description

Position Overview:

Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and managing new hire documentation
HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and resolve any related inquiries
Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits inquiries and coordinate the enrollment and changes in benefits programs
Compliance: Support compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate HR documentation and records
Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics as required for management review
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HRIS systems (eg, Workday, ADP) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
