Junior HR Operations Specialist

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated HR Operations Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and managing new hire documentation.HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and resolve any related inquiries.Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits inquiries and coordinate the enrollment and changes in benefits programs.Compliance: Support compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics as required for management review.Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-2 years of experience in HR operations or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Mandatory Key SkillsHRIS Management,Employee Relations,Process Improvement,Excel,Benefits Administration,Salary processing,Employee Onboarding,HR Operations*
