Junior HR Business Partner

**Job Description:** As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. You will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR matters. Additionally, you will assist in implementing HR programs and policies to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Your contribution to HR projects, such as employer branding, talent development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, will be valuable. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.
