Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1 year of experience in building modern web

applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and any

ORM (Prisma/Sequelize/TypeORM). Strong understanding of frontend development with

Tailwind CSS and clean coding practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and Node.js.

● Work with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query development.

● Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS.

● Implement REST APIs and backend logic.

● Debug issues, optimize performance, and follow coding best practices.

● Collaborate with product and design teams.

● Participate in code reviews and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

● 1 year of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

● Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

● Good understanding of Node.js and API development.

● Experience with PostgreSQL and any ORM (Prisma/Sequelize/TypeORM).

● Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and responsive UI design.

● Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD workflows.

● Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

● Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and

Next.js App Router concepts.

● Understanding of performance optimization (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, bundle

size reduction).

● Experience working with authentication & authorization frameworks (NextAuth,

Auth0, Clerk).

● Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Vitest.

● Understanding of API rate-limiting, security best practices, and OWASP guidelines.

● Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

● Knowledge of state management libraries like Zustand, Redux, or Jotai.

● Familiarity with deployment platforms (Vercel, Render, AWS ECS, Railway).

● Exposure to queue systems (BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka basics).

● Understanding of logging & monitoring practices (Winston, PM2, Sentry).
