Junior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for motivated Junior Full Stack Web Developers who can confidently work on real-time projects and grow with our team. This role is ideal for candidates who already have a strong foundation in web development and are eager to take responsibility from Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real client projects starting from the first week.
• Complete daily assigned tasks and provide clear EOD reports.
• Participate in requirement discussions and knowledge transfer (KT).
• Adapt to new technologies and project environments quickly.
• Follow coding standards, IT culture, and team guidelines.
• Work with your teammates respectfully and positively.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery
• React.js (or similar frontend framework)
• Backend development using:
• PHP (Core + Laravel)
• MySQL (queries, joins, indexing basics)
• Node.js
• Content Management with WordPress
• Proficiency in REST API creation and integration
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of full-stack workflows (frontend ↔ backend ↔ database)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• AngularJS, MongoDB
• Google Analytics, SEO basics
• UI/UX familiarity with Figma
• Exposure to Hadoop, AWS, and Serverless architecture

Eligibility

• 0 months – 1 year of experience in web development.
• Portfolio/GitHub with hands-on coding projects.
• Strong fundamentals and ability to apply concepts in practice.
