Junior Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Process member bookings for medical tests accurately and efficiently, adhering to booking protocols.
• Verify patient details and authorization for tests before booking appointments.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with pathology and radiology partners to schedule appointments effectively, and provide all support to the Even customer service team..
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and laboratories to ensure timely scheduling and test availability.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and all necessary data related to booked tests.
• Work closely with multiple departments like the sales, claims, doctors, and customer service.
• Track test reports and communicate any delays or issues to the customer service team
  

Qualifications

• Graduation or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a medical setting, customer service, or fulfillment environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and common laboratory tests (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with partners and internal customer service team.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
