Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing day-to-day customer support for back-office operations and web support via email and portal activities. Your role will involve managing personal and customer support inboxes effectively, processing service orders, maintaining account information, and proactively tracking pending customer orders to provide resolutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage personal and customer support inboxes efficiently and respond promptly to end user requests following service standards. - Process service orders, answer queries, maintain account information, and accurately document user information in the ticketing/record system. - Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, keeping them informed of issue status by sharing information. - Adhere to schedules, turnaround times, and shifts while managing multiple priorities effectively. - Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the required customer assigned Service Level Agreements. - Understand and proactively address user's concerns, identifying the root cause of the issue. Qualifications Required: - Freshers or candidates with 6 to 12 months of back-office operations experience are preferred. - Understanding of supply chain management, order tracking, and documentation is advantageous. - Flexibility with shift timings, including willingness to work in US shift hours. - Excellent keyboard skills with a minimum average typing speed of 35 words per minute with 92% accuracy. - Ability to write grammatically correct emails in response to customer and third-party communications. - Good English comprehension skills to understand customer requirements and act accordingly. - Education: BSc, B.Com, BA, or Diploma holders (12+3 years of education). Additional Company Details: - Training and work location will be in the office. - Work from home will be at the company's discretion, with requirements including a reliable and fast WiFi connection, readiness to connect via video during training and discussions, a safe work environment at home, and adherence to allocated break/lunch timings by the supervisor.
