As a Junior Executive Client Service - Events at clat MediaWorldwide Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting theclient team and contributing to the successful execution of events. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for clients,understanding their requirements, and ensuring clear communication throughoutthe planning and execution phases. Understanding Client Needs: Thoroughly grasp the clientobjectives, preferences, and expectationsfor the event. This involves active listening and the ability to translatetheir vision into actionable plans. ProposalDevelopment: Create proposals that outline event details, including venueoptions, catering, d cor, entertainment, and budget estimates. Present theseproposals to clients and negotiate terms as needed. Coordination andPlanning: Coordinate with various departments and vendors to execute the eventseamlessly. This includes scheduling, logistics management, operation planningand creative outcomes and ensuring all elements align with the clientexpectations. Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during the planning process or onthe event day itself. This requires quick thinking and the ability to remaincalm under pressure. Budget Management:Responsible for actively participating with the team in managing budgets andensuring all expenses are within the agreed-upon financial framework. This mayinvolve cost negotiation with vendors and adherence to financial guidelines. Post-EventFollow-Up: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to assess satisfactionlevels and gather feedback for future improvements. Maintain relationships withclients for potential future engagements. Creativity andInnovation: Offer creative ideas to enhance the event experience anddifferentiate offerings from competitors. This could involve suggesting uniquethemes, entertainment options, or technological innovations. Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to every aspect of the event to ensure all detailsare meticulously planned and executed. TeamCollaboration: Work closely with event coordinators, vendors, and otherprofessionals involved in the event to ensure a cohesive team effort and smoothexecution. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, ora related field. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing or event management within the eventsindustry. Proven trackrecord of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptionalservice. Strong projectmanagement skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively ina fast-paced environment. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
