Job Description

As a Manager Client Service - Events at clat Media WorldwidePrivate Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the client team andcontributing to the successful execution of events. Key Responsibilities: Plan event fromstart to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives -Come up with suggestions to enhance the eventsuccess. Ability toConceptualize & propose appropriate event proposals/venues etc to meetcorporate and creative objectives. Ability toBrainstorm, think creatively and make presentations as per the brief. Prepare budgetsand ensure adherence. Source andnegotiate with Artist & other resources as required. Should possessexcellent skills to organically grow business with the same client. Taking care ofexisting clients accounts and to be a one point of contact to the client forany further assistance. Coordinate alloperations with the respective internal teams. Ensure event iscompleted smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. Analyse theeventsuccess and prepare reports. Preparemonthly/quarterly/yearly data as and when required. Meeting client onregular basis to maintain healthy and business relations to attract revenue. Prepare businessproposals, presentations and required data as per the organizational need. Clearly understandthe Clients requirements and prepare Sales Pitches through high end pitchproposals. Coordinate withcreative and operation teams to deliver valuable solutions in Pitches. Be the face of thecompany while executing the project/ event as per clientexpectations. Plan and implementthe overall Meetings and Event strategies. Building workflowsto manage the Events strategies. Willingness toshare information & ideas. Revenue planning& Client engagement. Researchcompetition, examine benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement. Owning clientbrief/campaigns right from ideation, planning, coordination & execution. Ensure effectiveplanning and execution of Meetings or Events. Ensuring sendingtimely presentations and budget to the client. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, ora related field. Requirements: Minimum of 3 yearsof experience in client servicing or event management within the events industry. Proven trackrecord of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptionalservice. Strong projectmanagement skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively ina fast-paced environment. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
